Ken Conklin and attorney H. William Burgess support violating the civil rights of Hawaiians as well as violating the law of the land

Shown in this Honolulu Advertiser article, Ken Conklin and his attorney H. William Burgess appeared infront of reporters as they filed a federal lawsuit seeking to eliminate the Hawaiians-only restriction for Office of Hawaiian Affairs trustees. (They were successful.)

However little did we know that Conklin and attorney H. William Burgess were advocating breaking laws. One of them is promoting the violation of the civil rights of Hawaiians and yes... Hawaiians do have civil rights just as Americans have a right to bear arms:

Second Amendment: "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."



Conklin and Burgess advocate violating the first amendment as it applies to Hawaiians:


"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.




Conklin and Burgess also advocate violating the 14th amendment as it pertains to Hawaiians:


"Fourteenth Amendment, Section One: Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."




Another example is that they promote violating the Admissions Act of 1959 which is against the law. More to come.
